2. Services
Aether Bookkeeping provides virtual bookkeeping services for small and growing businesses. Details regarding service plans are outlined clearly under our "Essentials," "Growth," and "Premier" packages.

• We reserve the right to modify services, packages, pricing, or features at any time with 30 days’ prior written notice to clients.

• While we strive for accuracy in all materials presented on our website, typographical errors or discrepancies may occur. Aether Bookkeeping is not liable for misinformation or misrepresentation caused by such errors.

3. Payments

• Payments for services are due in advance on the 1st of each month as outlined in your Engagement Letter.

• Accepted payment methods: ACH, Debit & Credit cards.

• Failure to make timely payment may result in a late fee of [$50 or 1.5%] and suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds for services already rendered are not available under any circumstances.

• Prepaid services or billing errors may be eligible for partial refunds under specific conditions at Aether Bookkeeping’s sole discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary financial documents within deadlines (e.g., 5 business days of month-end).

• Promptly respond to inquiries regarding bookkeeping matters.

• Acknowledge that bookkeeping services do not include tax preparation, legal advice, audits, or investment guidance.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials hosted on this website, including content, design, trademarks, and intellectual property, are owned by Aether Bookkeeping. Unauthorized use, replication, or distribution of such materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Confidentiality
We adhere to secure, industry-standard practices to safeguard client data. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that Aether Bookkeeping cannot guarantee the absolute security of online data transmissions and cannot be held liable for unauthorized access or breaches beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Aether Bookkeeping is not responsible for indirect damages, including financial losses, penalties, or missed deadlines due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.

• Liability is limited to fees paid within the three (3) months prior to any claim.

9. Suspension or Termination of Services
Aether Bookkeeping reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of client non-payment, failure to provide required information, or breach of our T&C. In such circumstances, client data may be returned upon settlement of outstanding fees.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revised T&C.

11. Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of our website or services will be resolved within the applicable courts of this jurisdiction.
