Refund Policy - Understanding Our Terms

At Aether Bookkeeping, our Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity on how refunds apply to our services. As we offer professional services, rather than physical products, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Monthly Services: Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. Once bookkeeping work for the month has begun, the service fee is considered earned and non-refundable.

  2. Prepaid Services: For prepaid services, refunds may be requested within 5 business days of payment for unused months, provided no work has commenced for that period.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Partial months of the current billing cycle.

  • Work already completed within the scope of the package purchased.

  • Consulting, custom reports, or any additional services requested outside the standard package.

Condition of Refund:
Refunds will only be processed if requested prior to the start of work for the applicable billing cycle or in the case of duplicate charges due to payment processing errors.

Requesting a Refund:

Cancellation Policy:
Per our Terms and Conditions, monthly services are offered on a month-to-month basis. Clients are required to provide 30 days' written notice for cancellation before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or services already begun.

Exceptions:
Aether Bookkeeping reserves the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate transactions or billing errors, at the sole discretion of the company.

We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from incomplete financial information provided by clients or missed deadlines on your part.
